SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping take 5-7 days, that does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Day one start a day after your order is received. Tracking numbers will be sent via email after your order has been processed.
Products will be shipped using USPS, UPS and DHL.

If a package is returned to Lun Beauty name for incorrect address provided by the customer or the customer was not home. The customer will be responsible for

REFUND POLICY

Lun Beauty name is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry,

 Lushairs name will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate
